The application filed by the petitioner for transfer on medical ground is pending consideration at the end of the Council for a considerable period of time. Without going into the merit of the same, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Chairman, DPSC, Malda to consider the same in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner is directed to forward the application for transfer submitted by the petitioner along with all

medical documents in support of her case to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

Necessary consequential steps shall be taken forthwith by the Chairman, DPSC Malda in the event the prayer for transfer is allowed.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
