Mr. Subham Bhakat ... for the State The present revisional application of the year 2019 has been preferred on the ground of inordinate delay in disposing of the case being G.R No.6031 of 2010 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court at Barrackpore, arising out of Noapara P.S Case No.119/2010 dated 17.07.2010 under Section 354/506 of the IPC.

None appears for the petitioner.

As the learned counsel for the State is not present and the revisional application is being disposed of, Mr. Subham Bhakat, learned empanelled Advocate of the State present in court is appointed to represent the State.

Learned Public Prosecutor is requested to regularise his appointment.

Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of with the direction upon the trial court to dispose of the case expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months in accordance with law from the date of this order, if not already disposed of.
