He is in custody for over one year.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the minor victim girl alleging that the petitioner had forcibly ravished her.

In view of the aforesaid fact and the gravity of the offence and as the bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier and there is no substantial change in circumstance since then, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
