1. The issue raised is covered by our judgement in MAT 1026 of 2025 [Bibek Paria & Ors. vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.] decided on 16.7.2025. The issue has been specifically answered in paragraph 21 in Bibek Paria (supra).

2. However, having regard to the fact that the petitioner is an untainted S.T. Candidate, the Commission shall follow the reservation policy for the post to be filled up in terms of the Recruitment Rules 2025.
