Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the State produces the case diary and submits that due to assault of the present petitioners, the de facto complainant had suffered grievous injury. 3.

Considering the materials available in the case diary and the statement of the injured directly implicating the petitioners and having regard to the fact that the injuries were grievous in nature, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 4.
