The petitioner seeks bail solely on medical grounds. It appears from the report that a medical board was constituted on 19th August, 2025 and upon examination of the petitioner, the Board opined that the petitioner had a right Basel ganglia hemorrhage (intra cerebral hemorrhage) with left sided hemiparesis on March, 2025. He was discharged from the hospital on 7th March, 2025. He was advised to continue medicines as advised by the Neurology OPD along with physiotherapy and follow up treatment at OPD.

In view of the medical condition of the petitioner as on 20th August, 2025, this Court is of the view that since the petitioner is being adequately treated and taken care of at the correctional

home, his release on bail on medical grounds is not required at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected at this stage. The application for bail is disposed of.
