The present revision has been preferred praying for quashing of the order dated 22.11.2018 passed by the learned 5th Judicial Magistrate, Howrah, in connection with Misc. Case No. 515 of 2011 under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from the Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

As none appears for the petitioner since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default. All connected application, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
