It appears from the record that previously the writ petition was dismissed for default vide order dated 10th June, 2014. Subsequently it was restored vide order dated 1st August, 2014. Today also the petitioner did not take any step.
In view of such circumstances, there is sufficient ground to hold that the petitioner is not willing to proceed with the instant writ petition.
Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed for default.
