Petitioner complains that in spite of information furnished with the police authorities no steps have been taken.

Mr. Karan, learned advocate appearing for the State submitted that on receipt of the information of the petitioner Bolpur PS Case No. 249/2022 was registered for investigation and on

conclusion of investigation charge sheet was also submitted before the jurisdictional court.

Learned advocate for the private respondents including the Bank Authorities are also present. A civil suit is already pending between the parties.

Be that as it may, petitioner would be at liberty to ventilate his grievance, since the dispute is with her daughter, before the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Tribunal. If such an application is preferred, the tribunal would dispose of the same at the earliest.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 15983 of 2023 is disposed of.
