The writ petitioner is aggrieved that the private respondents are torturing her and are forcing her to leave the premises, which stands in her own name. The I. C., Bishnupur Police Station has registered FIR against the private respondents and has filed charge sheet being C. S. No. 641 of 2021 dated 16.10.2021. Proceedings under Section 107 of the Cr. P. C. have been drawn up against the private respondents.

It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the atrocity by the private respondents has since subsided.

In those circumstances, Bishnupur Police Station shall maintain regular vigil on the premisesin-question and immediately attend to any further complaint from the petitioner and shall be entitled to take coercive measures against the private respondents.

The report of the Bishnupur Police Station dated 26.09.2022 is taken on record.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
