I have considered the submissions of the learned advocate for the private respondents as well as the State.

Primarily, it reflects that the dispute relates to a family feud, as such, the police authorities have restrained themselves from exerting their powers.

The records of the case reflect that a case being Lake Town PS Case No. 132 of 2025 dated 01.05.2025 has already been registered on the basis of an information furnished by the respondent no.5. Other criminal cases have already cropped up.

In view of the petitioner and the private respondents engaged in a family feud, the police authorities have restrained themselves. In case, any information is furnished to the police authorities, they would assess whether involvement of the police authorities are required or not. If the situation so demands, the police authorities would take appropriate steps so that no untoward incident results.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 15968 of 2025 is disposed of.
