It appears from the report that on a complaint of the private respondents, an FIR was registered and a charge sheet being C.S. No.

212/22 dated 19.08.2022 under Sections 341/325/427/506/34 of the IPC filed, inter alia, against the petitioner.

On the petitioner's complaint, a specific case being Mathurapur PS Case No. 241/22 dated 08.09.2022 under Sections 447/325/506/34 of the IPC has been registered

and the investigation is on and the accused persons are on bail.

The investigation into the FIR shall be completed as expeditiously as possible. In respect of any other civil claim as regards the right to enjoyment of this property, the petitioner may approach the Civil Court.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
