Mr. Anup Kanti Poddar Mr. Ayan Poddar Mr. Poulami Bhowmick ......for the respondent Nos. 2,3,5 & 6 The petitioner complains that an application made by the petitioner for height clearance has not been disposed of by the Airports Authority of India in terms of Circular dated 3rd March, 2021. The Circular is titled as AERODROME SAFEGUARDING CIRCULAR (ADSAC)3 OF 2021. Clause 18 of the said Circular indicates a timeline and provides that the maximum time of settlement of NOC applications shall be 15 days from the date when the application has been received in NOCAS, which is the online system for making their application.

The NOCAS document annexed in the writ petition shows that the files of the petitioner were uploaded from 27th May, 2022 - 23rd June, 2022. The Airports Authority of India is represented.

Learned counsel submits that there are several applications which are pending for disposal and that the remaining applications shall be disposed of within a week from date.

WPA 16403 of 2022 is accordingly disposed of with the direction on the Airports Authority of India to dispose of the applications made by the petitioner within the time indicated. Needles to say, the disposal shall be made in accordance with the Circular as stated above.
