This application is filed for a direction upon the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court at Alipore to dispose of the petition under Section 173 (8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure pending before the learned Magistrate from 2022-2023.

Considering the nature of prayer, this court is of the view that no fruitful purpose will be served by keeping this matter pending and directing service of notice upon the opposite parties.

Thus, this application is disposed of with a request upon the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court at Alipore to dispose of the application under Section 173 (8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure filed in ACGR case no. 4199 of 2021 within a period of 6 weeks from the next date fixed.
