Affidavit of service and supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner appearing in person be kept with the record. Petitioner appearing in person prays for exemption for his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Barrackpore on 9th December, 2022.

The same is a ridiculous prayer in view of the fact that the dates are fixed by a learned Magistrate according to his convenience and High Court has no business to monitor the same. The subject matter of the case relates to G. R. No. 669 of 2015(FIR No. 11 of 2015). The petitioner-in-person complains that he has not received all the documents.

Learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Barrackpore is directed that in case the trial of the case is ready, the learned court would proceed with the trial of the case after the next date so fixed. It is further directed that in case in course of the trial, the

petitioner-in-person files any application bringing it to the notice of the learned trial court that he has not received any particular document on which the prosecution proposes to rely, in that case the learned trial court would take steps so that a copy of the same is handed over to the petitioner-in-person.

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 2165 of 2021 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
