Despite service of notice, respondents are not represented. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

The petitioners are senior citizens and recorded owners of the property at the address mentioned in the cause title.

It is submitted that the private respondent Nos.4 and 5, their son and daughter-in-law, have initially dispossessed and thrown out the petitioners from their own residence. The possession was restored and the petitioners are now staying thereat, but the private respondents continue to harass them.

The Inspector-in-Charge, Naihati Police Station shall cause an enquiry into the matter and warn the private respondent Nos.4 and 5, from harassing the petitioners.

In the event of any further complaint from the petitioners, the Inspector-in-Charge, Naihati Police Station shall, if necessary, remove the private respondent Nos.4 and 5 from the said premises.

The Inspector-in-Charge, Naihati Police Station shall continue to maintain a strict vigil on the said premises.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
