Mr. Gautam Das, learned counsel for the appellant, submits that his client is not willing to proceed with the present second appeal and he files written instruction of his client to the said effect, which is taken on record.

SAT 256 of 2019 is dismissed as not pressed without any order as to costs.

Interim order, if there be any, stands vacated. In view of dismissal of the appeal, the connected pending applications being IA No: CAN 2/2020(Old No: CAN 2979/2020), CAN 3 of 2020(Old No: CAN 2980/2020) and CAN 4 of 2021 although appearing in the list but not on record, if pending, are also dismissed. The department is directed to send down the lower Court records, if reached to this Court, to the Court below immediately.
