Swarnendu Kumar Mandal Mr. Shamim ul Bari ..for the petitioner A copy of the contempt application sent by Mr. Shamim ul Bari, learned advocate for the petitioner has come back with an endorsement 'unclaimed'. The addressee was the contemnor, the Headmaster of the school. However, there may be a misunderstanding by the school as to the matter.

Hence, I direct the petitioner to serve again where the name of the petitioner himself should be given instead of her learned advocate. Such despatch shall be effected in course of this week.

This matter will appear in the list on 22nd November, 2022 under the same heading when the Headmaster of the school is directed to appear personally to explain why the order passed by this court on 20th January, 2022 has not been complied with till date.

I direct the applicant to send e-mail and message through whatsapp to the Headmaster if the phone number of the Headmaster is known to her immediately intimating that he has to appear personally before this court on 22nd November, 2022 at 2.00 p.m. The envelope is returned back to the petitioner.
