Pathak Ms. Srijita N.(Mandal) ... for the Petitioner(s) Mr. Rajendra Chaturvedi Mr. Satyajit Mahata ... for the State-respondent(s) The petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are the Trustees who run a private school wherein there is an orchard which is being attempted to be encroached by the private respondents. There has also been obstruction as also interference at the behest of the private respondents which was informed to the police authorities in the month of May and June, 2025.

It has also been complained that some students, teachers and other staff were threatened by the private

respondents.

State has submitted a report which reflects that the police authorities have full knowledge regarding the informations which have been furnished, as such, they have drawn up a proceeding under Section 126 of the BNSS.

As the police authorities have taken steps, they would oversee that no untoward incident results and, in case, the private respondents attempt to exert their influence and, in furtherance of such act, if any cognizable offence is made out, the police authorities would not hesitate to register appropriate criminal case and take steps against the offenders who have been disturbing the continuous peace and tranquility so far as smooth functioning of the school is concerned.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 15844 of 2025 is disposed of.
