1. The petitioner is aggrieved by the manner in which the Arya Bharat Sikshya Pratisthan is being run. A complaint was lodged before several authorities including the National Council for Teacher Education and the authorities of the Baba Saheb Ambedkar Education University and also before the police. As no action was taken the instant writ petition has been filed.

2. Learned counsel representing the West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development relies upon a communication dated 3rd July, 2024 of the Chief Administrative Officer addressed to the Principal/Head of the Institution that the Institution was directed to explain with regard to the anomalies observed during the inspection of the institution and to a show cause as to why the Council shall not revoke the affiliation for violation of the academic norms of the Pharmacy Council of India and the WBSCTVE & SD.

3. It has been brought to the notice of the Court that, by a communication dated 10th January, 2025, the Institute has been informed that the renewal application of the two year Diploma in the Pharmacy course in the Academic session 2024-25 has been rejected.

4. As it appears that, the West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development has already taken a decision not to renew the affiliation of the Pharmacy course because of the anomalies detected at the time of inspection, accordingly, the relief sought for by the petitioner appears to have been allowed.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all the requisite formalities.
