-Vs- Shankar Chandra Dasgupta This revisional application was preferred against the order dated 16.06.2012 passed by the learned 13th Metropolitan Magistrate at Kolkata in C-1450/07.

Record reflects that main grievance of the petitioners was an application taken out by them which was rejected and wherein contention was advanced regarding recalling of the warrant of arrest issued against the petitioners to prefer an application under Section 205 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The records of the present revisional application do not reflect that there was any interim order since inception and no information has been furnished regarding either the fate of the warrant of arrest so issued by the learned Magistrate or present stage of the proceedings.

Having regard to the present approach of the petitioner, I am of the view that no purpose will be served by keeping the application pending before this Court.

Consequently, CRR 2266 of 2012 is dismissed.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Hon'ble Court.
