Report has been submitted on completion of investigation by the concerned officer of Thakurpukur Police Station. The grievance of the petitioner is that the learned Magistrate without application of mind has dropped the proceeding. Having regard to the fact that the final report was filed on completion of investigation and the learned Magistrate on consideration of the same, passed the order, no interference at this belated is required.

Consequently, CRR 2267 of 2012 is dismissed.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
