Mr. Sk. Sahjahan Ali ....for the petitioner Mr. Wasim Ahmed, Mr. Prantik Garai ...for the State The Patashopur Police Station, Purba Medinipur has filed a report in the form of instructions dated September 10, 2022 before this Court and the same is taken on record.

It appears that the petitioner's complaint was acted upon after directions of the concerned Superintendent of Police. The matter was enquired into and proceedings under Section 107 of the Cr. P.C. has been taken out against the private respondents. It is submitted that there is some dispute with regard to demarcation on the petitioner's land.

The petitioner may avail appropriate civil remedies in that regard.

The Patashpur Police Station, Purba Medinipur, shall continue to maintain vigil over the said premises and ensure that there is no untoward incident in the said area.

Mr. Prantik Garai, learned Advocate is requested to represent the State in this matter as he has communicated the instructions of the Patashpur Police Station present in Court.

His appointment shall be regularized by the office of the legal remembrancer.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
