Smt. Debjani Das The present revisional application has been preferred challenging the order dated May 18, 2018 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 4th Court, Paschim Medinipur wherein the subject matter of challenge relates to M.R. Case No.29 of 2015. In the said proceedings the learned Magistrate was pleased to award maintenance directing the respondent to pay Rs.5000/- per month to the wife and Rs.6000/- per month to the minor child from the date of filing of the application. The learned Sessions Court on the appreciation of the evidence adduced before the learned Magistrate and on an assessment of the earning of the husband was pleased to arrive at the same conclusion both regarding the finding as well as the quantum so awarded. I do not find that any circumstances or issue which has been raised in the revisional application which calls for interference by this court.

Accordingly CRR 2309 of 2018 is dismissed.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
