This revisional application was preferred against the order dated 04.06.2012 passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Executive Magistrate, Tehatta in case no.430 of 2012 under Section 144 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

Having regard to the time constraints which are incorporated in the provisions under the said section, I am of the view that the proceedings before the learned Sub-Divisional Executive Magistrate, Tehatta has become infructuous. Consequently, CRR 2270 of 2012 is dismissed.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
