1. The petitioner has prayed for a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to appoint the petitioner to the post of Para Teacher in B.Sc. (Pure Science) in Baga High School in terms of the interview held on December 14, 2009.

2. The petitioner has submitted a representation before the State Project Director, Paschim Banga Sarva Shiksha Mission praying for his appointment as a Para Teacher in the said school. The State Project Director, Paschim Banga Sarva Shiksha Mission being the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated March 22, 2017 and to dispose of the same by passing a reasoned order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any other interested parties and to communicate such decision to such parties immediately thereafter.

3. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of server copy of this order along with a copy of the representation dated March 22, 2017 to the said respondent.

4. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.

5. There shall be no order as to costs.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
