1. This appeal is arising out of an order dated 10.7.2025 refusing to grant any interim order in favour of the writ petitioner.

2. Mr. Dasgupta, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants has fairly submitted that MAT 1025 of 2025 [Ujjwal Kumar Majhi & Ors. vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.] a coordinate Bench presided over by one of us (Soumen Sen, J.) has disallowed accreditation of any institute by RCI and not to be treated as equivalent to the NCTE certification which is mentioned specifically in the Recruitment Rules, 2025. He also submits that there are decisions of other High Courts where it was held to be equivalent.

3. Dr. Patra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the WBCSSC has submitted that factually and even otherwise they are not equivalent.

4. At this stage we are not required to go into this question, only clarifying that whether it should be equivalent or not should be decided by the learned Single Judge on the basis of the disclosures to be made by the respective parties in support of their respective arguments.
