1. Heard learned Counsel for both the parties.

2. The first application filed by the present petitioner for anticipatory bail has been rejected vide order dated 15.11.2021 passed in CRM 7113 of 2021. We do not find any supervening circumstance warranting interference in the earlier order though it is strenuously submitted that there is nothing in the charge-sheet to implicate the present petitioner, specially when earlier application for anticipatory bail has been disposed of after filing of charge-sheet.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is rejected.
