By consent of the parties, the appeal and the connected application are taken up together for hearing. Read order dated June 27, 2022.

Learned Advocate for the State says on instruction that the compensation for the appellant was sanctioned in or around February, 2018. However, the appellant never visited the concerned Office to collect the compensation money. The cheque that had been issued in favour of the appellant has expired. However, if the appellant furnishes particulars of his Bank Account, the sum of Rs.4,34,632/- (Rupees Four Lakh Thirty Four Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Two) will be transferred to his Bank Account electronically.

The appellant shall furnish his Bank Account to the Special Land Acquisition Collector, South 24-Parganas

within two (2) weeks from date. Upon receipt of such particulars, the Special Land Acquisition Collector or his Officer will immediately transfer the aforesaid amount to the Bank Account of the appellant and not later than seven (7) days from the date of receipt of such particulars. The appeal being F.M.A. 199 of 2022 and the connected application being IA No: C.A.N. 1 of 2022 accordingly stand disposed of.
