Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that he is not the principal accused.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record and bearing in mind the fact that the petitioner was present and shared common intention with the principal accused who assaulted the deceased, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
