The limited prayer of the petitioners is that the matter may be disposed of keeping on record an order dated December 10, 2021 passed by the authorities, a copy of which is handed over in Court today and kept on record, subject to leave being granted for the President of the Association-in-question to convene an Annual General Meeting within fifteen days from today.

Such contentions are not opposed by learned counsel appearing for the Apartment Owners'

Association.

As such, W.P.A. No. 17190 of 2021 is disposed of in terms of the order dated December 10, 2021, with leave to the President of the Apartment Owners Association to convene an Annual General Meeting within fifteen days from today and subject to the other riders imposed respectively on the parties in the said order.

Affidavit-in-opposition filed in court today be kept on record.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
