Heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties. It appears that the applicants/petitioners have substantially complied with the conditions of bail till date. Upon completion of investigation charge sheet has already been submitted. The petitioners have also obtained regular bail from the Learned Court below. In view thereof, the condition, as incorporated in the order dated 15th November, 2021 to the effect that 'the petitioners shall meet with the Investigating Officer once in a week until further orders', is waived. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, the application being IA No: CRAN 1 of 2022 is, accordingly, disposed of.
