The writ petition was disposed of vide order dated April 11, 2023. The matter has been brought to the list for correction of the number of the writ petition recorded in the said order. In the said order, due to typographical mistake, the writ petition number has been recorded as WPA 16427 of 2023 instead of WPA 16427 of 2022.

The department is directed to carry out necessary correction in the said order dated April 11, 2023 to the extent indicated above and also in the certified copy of the said order, if already supplied to the parties. Other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
