For the State respondents Mr. Banerjee, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the State respondents submits that on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, Palashipara PS Case No. 258 of 2025 dated 7th June, 2025 under Sections 137(2)/140(3)/3(5) BNS was registered and in course of investigation, the principal accused was arrested on 26th July, 2025 and the petitioner's daughter, who happens to be a minor, has already been recovered. Let the written instruction, as filed, be kept on record.

Such fact of recovery has not been disputed by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. In view thereof, no further interference is called for in the present writ petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of.
