1. Ms. Ojha, learned Advocate representing the respondentBank, submits that the writ-petition, challenging the order passed by the District Magistrate under Section 14 of The Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (the SARFAESI Act), has become infructuous. Ms. Ojha further submits that the possession of the property has been taken by the Bank and has been duly sold thereof. Hence this writ-petition challenging the order of the respondent no. 3, has lost all force.

2. In view of the afore-stated submissions, WPA 17204 of 2021 is dismissed.

3. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

4. Urgent Photostat Certified Copy of this order be given to the parties, if applied for.
