[ Petitioner seeks relaxation of the condition granting anticipatory bail by the order dated August 7, 2023 passed in CRM (A) 2834 of 2023 of meeting to the Investigating Officer once in a week.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits a report which be taken on record.

The report speaks of non-cooperation of the principal accused in the investigation.

There is an apparent nexus between the petitioner and the principal accused.

The investigation could not be concluded in view of the non-cooperation of the principal accused. Relaxing the condition granting anticipatory bail at this stage so far as the petitioner is concerned will be inimical to the investigation. Consequently, we are unable to accede to the request made by the petitioner at this stage.

IA No.: CRAN 1 of 2023 in C.R.M. (A) 2834 of 2023 is dismissed without any order as to costs.
