Sardar ....for the respondent no. 5 It appears from the report submitted on behalf of the State/District Inspector of Schools that most of the documents required have now been placed before the DI. The only document that remains to be transmitted to the DI is CPF to GPF money refund statement and treasury challan.

Learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the School submitted that the same would be transmitted before the DI within a week from this date.

It is further submitted on behalf of the State that the file will be thereafter sent to the Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance for issuance of PPO.

In view of the above, let the School Authorities transmit the relevant records as mentioned above to the DI within seven days from this date. Thereafter, the DI shall take appropriate steps to process the matter and sent the file to the DPPG for issuance of filing PPO. Let the entire exercise on the part of the DI be completed within a month from receiving the necessary documents.

The DPPG shall then act on the file sent by the DI expeditiously and in accordance with law.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance.
