After the pronouncement of judgment, learned Advocate for the respondent/cross-objector submits that the State has deposited the enhanced

decretal amount, out of which 50 per cent has already been withdrawn by the respondent and the balance 50 per cent of the awarded amount lying with learned Registrar General of this court be refunded to the State with interest, subject to deduction of statutory charges, as and when so approached."
