This is a writ petition by one Sujit Ray aspiring to be one of the members of the Central Advisory Committee of Kulti High School.

It has been submitted on behalf of the writ petitioner that a prayer has been made for inclusion of the writ petitioner as one of the members of the said committee. Unfortunately, during the pendency of this writ petition, said Sujit Ray has expired as a result whereof the writ petition has become infructuous, since no right percolates in favour of the heirs of Sujit Ray thereby conferring right upon the heirs to prefer application for substitution. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the writ petitioner as well as the school authority, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
