Mr. Prosenjit Mukherjee Mr. Arghya Kamal Das ...for the petitioner Mr. Aridam Chattopadhyay Ms. Lipika Chatterjee ...for the State Ms. Sumita Sen ...for DPSC, Birbhum From the report filed by the District Inspector of Schools (Primary Education), Birbhum which is in the form of an affidavit affirmed on 29th September, 2023, it appears that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed but the petitioner submits that he attained the qualification of B.Ed in the month of March, 2019 whereas the scale has been given to him from 01.07.2019.

I direct the District Inspector of Schools (Primary Education), Birbhum to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as to the reason why the effect has been given from 01.07.2019 and not from 01.03.2019. Such hearing is to be given by 30th November, 2023.

This matter will appear in the list on 12th December, 2023 by which the reasoned order is to be passed.

However, the petitioner will enjoy the pay scale as has been given to him from 01.07.2019 though the writ application is kept pending.
