It appears from the report submitted by the Registration Administration (L & OM) dated 24th July, 2024 that the proceeding being Complaint Case No. 1110 (C) of 2005 (CIS No. 2592 of 2014) has been dismissed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Howrah under Section 203 of the Cr. P.C. on 01.07.2022. The accused persons have been discharged from this case. CI System also indicates the said facts.

However, it further reveals from the report submitted by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Howrah that record is not traceable. He prayed for some time to trace out the record. 5.

In view of the facts, the instant revisional application has become infructuous since the matter has already dismissed by the trial Court. 6.

Hence, CRR 2344 of 2016 is, thus, disposed of with the above observations.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Court below for information and with a further direction to trace out the records positively. 9.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
