It is pointed out by the learned counsel appearing for the assessees that the Court had granted liberty to the writ petitioners / respondents to question the order dated 9th November, 2021 passed by the Adjudicating Authority on all grounds both, factual and legal, before the appropriate forum but, however, in page 7 of the order, the Court has mentioned that it is the Tribunal which is to take a decision. This is an inadvertent error and accordingly, the word "Tribunal" shall be substituted by "appropriate forum" in page 7 of the said order.

This order shall form part of the order dated 23rd November, 2021.

The other portions of the order dated 23rd November, 2021 shall remain unaltered.
