Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners is aggrieved by the fact that he is being disturbed from enjoying his property.

On the other hand learned advocate appearing for the private respondent nos. 11 to 15 denies the possession as well as the title of the property existing in favour of the petitioners.

Learned advocate for the State submits that a long standing land dispute is existing between the petitioners and the private respondents. To that effect informations have been received by the police authorities. As and when informations have been received effective steps are being taken and on the basis of last information which was received through electronic mail proceedings have drawn up under Section 126/135(3) of BNSS.

Having considered that the police authorities are acquainted regarding the existing dispute and difference between the parties, I direct that the police authorities would oversee that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place and/or any untoward incident results because of the inimical relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 15980 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
