Mr. Manas Kumar Das, Mr. Siddhartha Sarkar ...for the petitioners A direction to secure expeditious disposal of Partition Suit is the ultimate relief proposed in this case.

No other point is raised requiring address by this Court.

The only contention expressed by the petitioners is that the Partition Suit is getting delayed due to non appearance of defendant nos.3 and 4.

In view of the nature of order proposed to be made in this case, no prior notice is considered to be necessary.

Service upon the opposite parties stands dispensed with.

Accordingly, learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 3rd Court, at Medinipur, Paschim Medinipur, in Title Suit No.142 of 2020, is requested to ensure expeditious completion of the stage, meant for effecting service of the parties as available in Order 5 C.P.C., so that the logical conclusion of the suit may be reached

in a faster mode, but without granting any unnecessary adjournment, unless it is extremely unavoidable.

Petitioners are directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below as well as to the opposite parties and their learned advocate in the court below.

With this observation/direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photostat copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible on compliance of all necessary formalities. (Subhasis Dasgupta, J.)
