CRR 2717 of 2024 In Re: Anita Paswan @ Anita Devi Sabir Ahmed Tasnim Ahmed Mr. Dhiman Banerjeee Quazi Izaz Ahmed .... For the Petitioner Report submitted by the learned Registrar (Judicial Service) High Court, Calcutta is taken on record.

It appears that the warrant of arrest issued by the learned executing Court was executed and the opposite party was produced before the concerned Court.

It appears from the order dated 30th October, 2024 passed by the learned Executing Court in Misc. Execution case no. 06/2021 that upon payment of Rs.1,00,000/- by the opposite party he was released on bail and directed to appear before the learned Court for further payment.

In view of the above, learned trial Court is directed to secure the attendance of the opposite party before the learned Court and also ensure payment of the entire amount involved in the Misc. Execution Case and take the proceeding to its logical conclusion as expeditiously as possible, preferably within 6 months from the next date of hearing fixed before him without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law. CRR 2717 of 2024 is disposed of.
