The petitioner alleges illegal and unauthorized construction at Holding No. 65 (112), Khalishakota Pally, No. 3, Ward No. 19 under North Dum Dum Municipality R.S. Dag Nos. 1890, 1891, 1892, 1893 and 1894 of Mouza-Sultanpur, P.S.-Dum Dum, P.O.- Italgacha, Kolkata-700079.

There is nothing on record in support of the allegation of unauthorized construction. The pleadings are absolutely vague and no inference can be drawn relying on the same.

Neither the averments made in the writ petition nor the documents annexed thereto give indication of unauthorized construction.

In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant writ petition.

The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
