Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State relies upon a bunch of documents including the order No.52 dated July 29, 2022 passed in GR 299 of 2020 by which the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate was pleased to issue warrant of proclamation of arrest and attachment against the petitioner herein. Petitioner is represented.

In such view of existence of Order No.52 dated July 29, 2022 by which warrant of proclamation of arrest and attachment was issued, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 3547 of 2022 is dismissed.
