The petitioner is aggrieved that a number of FIRs registered at her client's instance have not been investigated.

Counsel for the Haripal Police Station, Hooghly submits instructions indicating that three of the FIRs have been investigated and charge-sheets have been filed. FIR No. 259 of 2021 dated 02.10.2021 was pending investigation as on November, 2021.

In those circumstances, this Court directs the Officer-in-charge, Haripal Police Station to complete investigation in respect of the pending FIRs and final report may be filed before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate concerned, if not already filed.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

Instructions of Office-in-charge, Haripal Police Station dated 14th November, 2021 addressed to the

Government Pleader, High Court, Calcutta is taken on record.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
