Earlier this revisional application was called on 12.06.2023 when none appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Today also when the matter is called, none represented the petitioners.

Ms. Ratna Ghosh, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State was directed to appear on behalf of the State. Her appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

Records of this revisional application reflect that the subject-matter of challenge is order dated 01.07.2022 passed by learned Municipal Magistrate, 2nd Court, Calcutta in Criminal Misc. Case No. 53 of 2016 wherein the Municipal Magistrate was pleased to direct the Municipal Commissioner, Kolkata Municipal Corporation to demolish the unauthorised construction.

Having considered that the order has been passed for demolition in the year 2022 and there is nothing on records to substantiate the same has not been implemented till date, I am not inclined to interfere with the order dated 01.07.2022.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 2646 of 2022 is dismissed.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
