Learned counsel for the alleged contemnor submits that the contemnor has complied with the order passed by this Court by initiating an FIR No. 955 of 2023 dated 29th July, 2023 under Sections 447/379/427/506 IPC as per the complaint made by the petitioner.

Petitioner is satisfied that the contemnor has complied with the order.

Accordingly, WPCRC 163 of 2023 is disposed of. Rule issued against the contemnor is recalled.

Personal appearance of the alleged contemnor is dispensed with.
